What are the best aspects of this product?

The permission settings gives us total with regards to who has access to certain information, features and functionalities, enabling us to create workgroups and easily define the roles of each member. The customization is also a highlight. Everything can be configured. On top of that, the system offers a wide selection of pre-installed tools or downloadable add ons.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customization is not as easy as advertised. It takes a lot of effort for the customizations to work. Data visualization is lacking too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use JIRA for task management and bug tracking.
