What are the best aspects of this product?
I honestly can't think of any pros at this point. I've used it a handful of times, and every time I'm in the product it's confusing, overwhelming and doesn't provide a way to simply track tasks or sprints.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The todo functionality is so confusing that I have yet to even figure out how to mark a task as "complete". How could they get something that simple wrong?
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Remove half the features and simplify the product!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I guess some teams are able to manage their sprints with it, but so far I can't see how it would be helpful with all the complexity it has.
