JIRA provides us with a reliable, user-friendly and robust project management that makes issue and bug tracking a lot easier. I also love its fully functional features like notification, search, and reporting among others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are certain aspects where JIRA don't shine, specifically how it doesn't allow you to work with tasks as compared to a tool like Microsoft project.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use JIRA to manage project lifecycles. We are able to perform tasks such as configure security and set up access for our clients.
