What are the best aspects of this product?
JIRA is a very versatile project management tool that enables me to be in absolute control over my projects, regardless of size and type. The customization options are quite impressive. I can configure screens, fields, workflows, and other elements. The search feature is powerful too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The cloud version of the tool is a bit slow at times and I can't pick more than one item in the search result page.

JIRA helps me manage various projects in parallel.
