We are more efficient with JIRA

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the fact that it is an open source software. Whenever we feel like introducing some changes, we can easily go and make some tweaks. What I really love about JIRA is the All Digital Epics board feature. It enables me to build my own columns and move projects with the drag and drop functionality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when JIRA itself has bugs in its system, which is ironic. Performance is not responsive in such instances but not a deal breaker.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

JIRA enabled developers, designers, producers, QA and other teams to all be on the same page. Communication was greatly enhanced.
