What are the best aspects of this product?

The installation process had been a breeze. We were able to fire it up without any major hiccups. As for its usage, I love that it takes the initiative to classify each helpdesk ticket for us. This classification is particularly useful when it comes to prioritization of tasks. It integrates smoothly with third-party applications.

I like everything about Jitbit—I have no complaints.
