What are the best aspects of this product?

Jitbit Helpdesk offers all the features which suit our needs, such as an efficient ticketing system, robust mobile app, and professional yet simple interface. It lets me communicate with my staff easily, as well as respond to tickets immediately. Also, it works great with Flack, meaning it allows us to work with a professional technician and fix problems without hassles.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

More advanced features are needed to make it work better, such as features from Freshdesk and other options.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It offers helpful features that allow us to give the best and quick services to clients. It makes it easier to handle customer support as well. That’s why I can say Jitbit surely delivers quality performance for our company.
