What are the best aspects of this product?

It allows easy setup for a ticketing system, which generates and assigns tickets automatically. Users only have to email our helpdesk, and the automated system instantly kicks in. Our old platform is nothing compared with this fantastic software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This platform lacks a built-in dashboard where essential info, such as ticket quantity, should be conveniently displayed. Such a feature would have been great working with our office output display for easy viewing. An API is there to extract such vital data from the platform, but an integrated solution is something great for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The platform has made it easier for our team to support users through SSO, which allows automated ticket generation and log in.
