What are the best aspects of this product?

Several years back, I stumbled on a hosted help desk software that appears to have a right mix of functionality at a reasonable price tag. In the end, I opted for JitBit. It became a huge success for a project that I was working on. This was largely due to the platform's tracking capability and customer request response.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Highly responsive through e-mail. I really miss their phone support. It'd be treat to interact directly to the team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Great tracking. Having the ability to respond to customer requests. Doing so in a timely fashion. Clear accountability.
