This has all the makings of a great helpdesk software. It supports automation, is easy to use, and works at an incredible speed. It helps us address filed tickets by order of priority too. Overall, this is such a good catalyst for productivity.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be nice to have more personalization settings.

We no longer have to worry about tickets falling through the cracks. With Jitbit, we can oversee all of the pending requests. We've been able to work our way through the daily requests by order of priority.
