What are the best aspects of this product?
I like JivoChat the most, out of all the platforms we've tried. It's constantly up to date, the UI is modern, and it's flexible in terms of giving us exactly what we need. We're able to use the live chat function to reach out to current and would-be clients for our services.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It gives us everything it promised and more. I have nothing bad to say about JivoChat.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to reach our clients any time and anywhere, regardless of their timezones and locations. It also integrates well with FB Messenger so we're able to have all conversations saved and tracked in a single platform and we're able to deliver faster solutions because we can see what the concern is about ahead of time.
