What are the best aspects of this product?

This pro platform allows me to communicate with both my clients and colleagues. It's also integrated across our social networks and email. It's more efficient than anything we've used.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No cons for me, I haven't experienced a big issue worth mentioning.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to improve the way our projects and budget teams engage with customers using a microsite powered with JivoChat. We're able to resolve our clients' concerns while we keep their interest in our engineering-related projects, which goes to show how fluid it is to communicate on this system.
