What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that it's user-friendly and easy to set up while customizing some settings to fit what we need in our team. We're able to integrate with our phone and mail systems too, and that we're able to get instantaneous chats at any point in time from our customers around the world.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have nothing negative to say about Jivo, no issues encountered so far, and have been very satisfied with the performance.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're able to acquire a record number of positive sales because we've now been able to communicate with our customers via live chat. Our customer relationships are a lot friendlier and closer so we're also able to easily understand their issues and solve their issues and doubts.
