What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that the UI is simple enough for me to set up and navigate through on my own. I get to engage our customers in real-time and sell items a lot more quickly. The design is flexible because it works on various OS, browsers and mobile devices. My marketing strategy is leveled up -- my CTAs are timely and I message everyone proactively.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No complaints since I started with JivoChat. I'm very satisfied with the service it provides.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Communication and engagement with customers are much more fluid across our many platforms. We're able to interact via email and social media. I am able to track the sales side of it in terms of service quality and vendor conversations. We're also able to share and promote our products and services a lot more efficiently.
