What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that Jivo is a one-stop-shop for all my CRM needs. It's like it's gathered all the features from other platforms to implement on its own system. Regardless of how complex your needs are and your knowledge of coding, I think JivoChat will be perfect for you. The set up is easy too, so for a startup like mine, it was a good experience for us to be up and running with all necessary integrations needed in record time so we can know more about our clients and service them according to what they need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if JivoChat could assign just one customer service agent to us, instead of several. It's great to establish rapport and easier to communicate our issues with the person who already had prior knowledge about our issues, instead of repeating it again and again to different agents.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're able to comfortably solve CRM-related issues and our attempts to reach more customers in unique ways with an affordable product whose features are well worth the value for money.
