What are the best aspects of this product?
I like being able to engage with our customers in real time -- it's exactly what we need from a CRM system, regardless of location and timezone. The UI and design are modern and easy to customize and set up online too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
None. I don't have any issues about JivoChat, it's done exactly what I needed it to do.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Sales increase. We're able to benefit greatly from using JivoChat because we have direct and easy access in terms of customer relations for new and existing customers. It's integrated with other messaging apps too, like Telegram and Facebook's Messenger, so it's easier for us to respond. It's also much faster for us to help solve our clients' issues because we can see what they've written even before sending it.
