What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that it automates chats that allow me to encourage potential clients with our service. I am able to communicate with people around the world because it also supports multiple channels.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I haven't had an issue with JivoChat and I hope I never will. It's safe for sharing data and communicating across the company and our customers while being able to manage the latter across social media channels using one platform.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to quickly connect with my team and potential clients around the world. With JivoChat, I am able to reach out to people, share files, integrate CRM, and track visits to the website. I'm able to reach people via one platform and onto social networks including Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram. I'm able to manage my sales and generate even more contacts. All the magic happens in one platform.
