What are the best aspects of this product?
Our communication with our customers has greatly improved because we can talk in real-time. We're able to provide assistance and answer any inquiries through chat, mobile messages, or regular calls. It's user-friendly and so easy to set up. The CMS also has a simple UI and we can use another similar CMS.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
JivoChat for me is reliable and I haven't experienced any issues. I have nothing but good things to say about the program.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're able to establish direct communication with the visitors to our page. We're able to use live chat and update our ticketing system while we integrate it with our regular calls and mobile messaging app. It's easy to simply open the chat instead of having to provide personal information. We're also able to set up answers to FAQs and block undesirable users.
