PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We're able to communicate with our customers and track the site and history of visits to our website. We're able to set up and configure JivoChat easily. It looks modern and yet so simple to use to ensure quality conversations. Regardless of location or language, we're always accessible to our customers with JivoChat.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

JivoChat is as good as it promises, so we have no complaints. There are instances of little errors due to updates being made on the platform, and then it runs smoothly again.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to increase our sales and profit. We started with a free plan with JivoChat and have now moved on to a paid plan because of the features we have been able to fully utilize, including integrating with Facebook Messenger. This allows us to manage the messages on our social media and website pages.
