What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that for its affordable price, we're able to efficiently establish customer relations by directly communicating with the client via live chat. It's user-friendly, with an elegant design and it's custom-ready. The engagement between our team and our clients are fluid, so we've been receiving much better feedback since setting it up.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We haven't experienced any issues with JivoChat so far. If we ever do encounter it in the future, we'll be open to sending constructive feedback to help further improve the project.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to instantly respond to client inquiries and concerns. JivoChat enabled us to improve on our communication and customer service because of the live chat function and that we're able to view what the customer is writing to us before s/he presses the send button. We're also able to schedule auto-replies for when our customer support team isn't available. Also, we can't stop raving about their mobile app, which allows us to respond anywhere and anytime.
