What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is loaded with features. I have been able to get support for all aspects of my business—from lead conversion all the way to customer satisfaction.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Admittedly, it took me a while to fully maximize Jobber because it didn’t provide the best UI. But once I got a better feel of the dashboard and its environment, things have gone more smoothly since then.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have been enjoying the ease with which I am now running my business. With most of the tasks and programs automatically accounted for, I am now able to focus on other aspects of my work that will, hopefully, lead to its expansion.
