What are the best aspects of this product?

Jobbers helps us run our business better. It is a great platform for addressing our needs to stay on top of our sales and post-sales transactions. Dissemination of tasks is also more efficient thanks to this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice to access more of the tool’s capabilities when on mobile. Their invoicing features still leaves a lot to be desired too. I’d rather that they allow us to personalize these invoices—have our logo on the sheet, for example. But other than these improvements, Jobber does a pretty good job overall.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

On top of being an affordable tool, Jobber has helped us achieve a smoother workflow, better accountability for tasks, improved customer service.
