What are the best aspects of this product?

Our company likes Jobber because of its user-friendliness. Because of this, we can create better schedules that are convenient for our clients. This has led to a huge improvement in our business's growth since we are better able to reach our goals. This would not have been possible if Jobber does not provide us with the proper tools for creating feasible schedules and plans.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are incidences where Jobber freezes. Once that happens we have to refresh the page to solve the problem. When that does not work, we get in touch with the customer service team who are very responsive and prompt in attending to our issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Aside from its wonderful scheduling functionalities, Jobber has tools that benefit us by giving us insights into our projects. It has also helped us keep proper records of documents so that we can avoid any kind of conflict in the future.
