Outstanding task management tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

Jobber simplifies all business processes in the company and programs both internal and external tasks of our business. It helps administrators assign tasks to our staff and helps assignees manage and simplify their assignments. Its daily working schedule functionality lets us control and manage appointments for clients and create a complete plan so we can save enough time in every interview.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like about this software is its inability to be compatible with other solutions like messaging apps. I wish they would do something to make some apps useful for Jobber, so we can seamlessly manage employee tasks, schedule appointments, and track all the apps we use in the business. Also, the reports generated in the app don’t contain the needed data. The mobile app needs more improvement, as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Scheduling appointments with clients become much more straightforward with Jobber. We can now control all schedules and update data in each client. Changing schedules of tasks in our business is not a problem as well. Jobber simply grants us the ability to execute daily tasks with accuracy.
