What are the best aspects of this product?
Jobber is intuitive, easy to use, and adaptable to our organization’s specific needs. Its help desk and current modules are excellent as well. I like that it allows us to create notes and adjustments. I also like the data syncing, the ease of using a calendar, and the access to personalization functions. Such an excellent software to use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
What I don’t like about this tool is its inability to issue billing in large batches. It could have been possible for us to obtain multiple invoices without the need to perform multiple operations when the feature is available.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Its mobile capability allows us to control and track planned goals and project for team production. This ability saves us a lot of time and helps us cope with the whole team during the production process.
