What are the best aspects of this product?
Jobber’s menu is intuitive and clean. It has helpful and easy-to-use features. It gives us a centralized location to manage orders and maintain communication with customers. Also, the customer support is very helpful and quick in finding solutions to our problems. Lastly, it allows us to track both customers and employees.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The software is good, and it is a big help in our company, but there is one problem I need to address. There is an instance when it does not allow us to enter new data from previous dates associated with old clients. Don’t know it the software experienced technical issues or it simply doesn’t let us do the tasks. This only happened once, but we’re hoping not to experience it again.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Jobber, we had experienced dramatic growth in the company, and our ordering process becomes effortless. The tools that come with this software are exceptional, and the programming is easy to use.
