What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the following points about Join.me: Clients don’t have to install anything to view presentations, the pricing is affordable, audio bridge is included, great set of features, excellent storage for recordings, there is very little lag and video/transitions and mouse tracking work more efficiently compared to other solutions. Finally, the 24/7 support is amazing as they were able to resolve an issue I had in the middle of the night.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Admin user interface is poor for the Enterprise package. It was not part of the free trial so we had no inkling about it and only found about it when we subscribed to a paid package. The vendor has promised to improve the admin UI soon. To be fair, once you start using the system there is no need to access the Admin feature.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our company is global and we conduct virtual presentations for clients in foreign countries. Previously, we were using Intercall and WebEx, but they charged very high audio rates and we were paying dollars per minute per user. This added up to a lot for global presentations with numerous attendees. Join.me is more affordable for our needs.
