What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that Join.me is easy to use and I utilize it to give web demos of our company’s product. We also use it internally to inform our team members about new product features. The app is great for troubleshooting issues as I can pass the mouse control or presenter role between users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Previously, the app used to crash a lot while opening, but I updated the software and this problem has vanished since then.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Join.me, we are able to give more product demos in a much less time than before. We can give demos to clients in different cities without needing to travel to the cities and this saves us plenty of resources and time.
