Excellent system for screen sharing

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that Join.me is a free app. I use it for screen sharing to demonstrate programs to my clients and colleagues using my computer screen. Another advantage is you can organize and conduct online meetings quickly without needing to install any software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a few disadvantages. You need to register and get a login account. There’s no audio feature. You can only share desktop screen. Finally, you cannot draw or annotate anything on the screen.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Join.me for online meetings with my colleagues for which I only need to share a link. I use Join.me for basic desktop sharing, and for more elaborate tasks I use WebEx. Join.me makes everything easy for recipients as they don’t need to install any software, they just need to click on the shared link to join the meeting.
