PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Join.me successfully for internal screen sharing for our remote employees and to present web demos of our product to potential customers. The features I like most are the simple, easy-to-use controls and the plug-in feature with evites, Google Calendar, etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of our clients struggle to find out how to join webcast, but we help them out by guiding them over the phone. We don’t use the VoIP functionality a lot so I cannot give you an idea about the quality of that feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our product is web-based and we attract customers from around the globe. As mentioned earlier, we conduct online demos to demonstrate our product’s features to these clients. With Join.me, we can easily do screen sharing in a global conference room and thus far we have not suffered any technical problems.
