PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I use Join.me every day for screen-sharing meetings with my clients. The app is easy to use and my clients don’t need to download anything. It simply works fine!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My clients have trouble with the interface – they have difficulty in finding the “join meeting” link on the website after I share the code with them. Second, the chat feature is too basic and does not allow me to do webinars.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am a career and executive coach and I need to share my screen with my clients to view their resume or a letter, or show them something on the internet. Join.me allows me to do this easily.
