Ideal tool for virtual meetings

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using Join.me for the past few years and it is a great screen sharing app that allows others to join you easily. The interface is simple to use and you can create and host a meeting, join a meeting, and share controls for dual presenting or simply to help troubleshoot someone’s issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need a stable and fast internet connection at both ends so that others can see what you are presenting at good speed. But this is not an issue pertaining to Join.me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I love that Join.me makes it easy to start a meeting quickly. This is important for me because I have scheduled and unscheduled meetings every day.
