What are the best aspects of this product?

Join.me may not be a leading player in the screen sharing market, but its free version is top notch as it allows you to start a screen sharing VoIP conference call without even signing up. I was impressed with the free version and decided to subscribe to a paid package which offers features such as conference phone numbers, recording, and presenter swapping. The highlight is it allows 50 users in a room compared to WebEx’s eight users for a similar rate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I only wish to point out a couple of minor drawbacks. First, the user interface for scheduling meetings does not seem sophisticated. Second, for low-volume users like me I wish there was a pricing package between free and $20 per month.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Join.me to communicate with clients and business partners to discuss issues and share work. It is a big improvement over trying to explain matters to them over the phone. Clients like the professional touch of the app and appreciate that they can use the same Join URL for all meetings.
