What are the best aspects of this product?

The best part about Join.me is it makes screen sharing easy even for lay users. You can get the hang of it quickly and it is ideal for spontaneous screen sharing to enable you to discuss problems and issues with other users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A couple of drawbacks need to be pointed out. The first is the user interface is not intuitive but clunky and could be improved. Second, there are continuous updates, and sometimes you have to wait to do screen sharing as the software is in the process of updating. I wish the vendor provides an option to skip the updates for later.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Join.me is an excellent tool for guiding other users remotely and resolve their issues. I can share concepts, ideas, and designs without sending large files to and fro. I can simply share the designer’s screen for the purpose. The app is easy to use and I can conduct seamless phone and remote meetings.
