What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that Join.me offers plenty of useful features. You can use it to host live meetings with employees from many organizations. The screen sharing has very little lag. It is easy to join the meeting and add participants. The app also supports voice and chat. It clearly shows the presenter as well as the participants.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find it hard to set up the software. I need to run a few plug-ins to host meetings and these plug-ins get deleted due to company security policies. So I need to re-run the plug-ins every time I need to host a meeting. The solution would be to make system completely web-based which will eliminate downloads and plug-ins.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Join.me to host live meetings between vendors and the client. Each vendor has a different live meeting app and the client also uses another software. Join.me offers a single solution where all of them can participate and work together to get the job done quickly and easily.
