What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that it is easy to set up a meeting and share screen with others. You can understand and use the app even without any training. Join.me displays a number when you open the app and you simply need to give this number to the person with whom you wish to share your screen.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no complaints at all. I did not use all the features, but the ones I used were very simple.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I required an app that allowed me to share my screen regularly and I did not want a heavy application that needed multiple steps to use. Join.me is the answer to my needs as it is easy to install and use.
