What are the best aspects of this product?

Lots of custom integrations to create an efficient process for a detailed analysis!!!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

App some integration needs a lot of improvement. I saw some reviews had five stars but when I click on individual reviews they had zero stars and complaints about bugs and crashing. Not consistent - five stars w a very bad verbal review??

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Category specific templates - integrating w instant messenger bots ie manychat?

Manual labor!!!! Time saver for sure !!!!
