What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use and set up, customer service is amazing. Product is a saving grace for me that now allows me to add multiple affiliates and re-sellers at the touch of a button

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I couldnt find any. when I had some set up problems since I am now to this form customer service answered them for me without hesitation

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I will let you know after we use it more

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

being able to have multiple re-sellers, agent and affiliates use their own customized form.
