What are the best aspects of this product?

To better prepare our salon, we started distributing Jotform waiver forms to avoid wasting paper and avoid unnecessary touch points. As a user of Google Forms, I found JotForm to be a more robust form builder with more tools, arguably easier to use, with desktop, mobile iOS and tablet integrations. It provides you easy ways to increase your form submission limits for free and has a clear and straightforward pricing model.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No issues are present at the moment

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Possibly more attractive form designer backgrounds and templates

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We no longer have to store thousands and thousands of physical paper forms
