What are the best aspects of this product?
It's very easy to use and get set up! The best aspect of this product is the fact that you can get a PDF version of form submission.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The interface to get form submissions is a bit clunky and outdated compared to the rest of the interface.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see the limit for form views removed across all plans.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were having issues with customers signing forms during the coronavirus pandemic and moving it all online with JotForm has been a breeze and our customers love it!
