JotForm is extremely easy to use solution and it has great features. In less than no time you can have high professional form that can be easily integrated into emails or website. I like that there are lot of extensions and it offers solutions for every kind of scenario.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot think of something that I might dislike.

We created catalog request form for our update website. It helps us to create multiple forms that are highly customizable and easily integrate them into our website.
