What are the best aspects of this product?
This is one of the most user friendly forms online and produces a lot of useful information, allowing for Excel , CSV and PDF downloads.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have not found one yet , other than the big jump from 100 submissions limit on the free versions , to the paid for version. For a small one man band it is quite severe.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Perhaps more submissions. I can't think of anything else frankly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Lots of time consuming data entry. A Godsend to efficiency !
