I love jotform. I could not imagine that there is an online form to get data you needed

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best feature of Jotform is it is free. If you quota is not enough for you, there is a Get More feature. It increases your quota limit permanently. And still it is free. It is really easy to go through the form, it is very self explanatory. And you have the option to receive the form as a pdf. You may then print this if you wish.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes on amendment of the original form, the old link sometimes get error data. So we have to use the new link to get the updates.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The margins should allow to autofit two columns or more. Because the margins are set, the next fields will go to the next line. And your planned format is disarranged. You can then opt to arrange again your form to suit the margins set by the website. I suggest there should also be font and size options to be able to change your fonts. A chat forum is also okay. Over-all there is always room for improvment. Nonetheless, the online form is already amazing in its original format.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

less paper, less paper, less paper. Everything can be accessed online. With a click on your email search box, you can find what you are looking for.
