What are the best aspects of this product?

The setting up a form is simple process. It offers great inbtegrations with Wordpress and Google drive. Its tagging system helps us to better organize the forms and to find what we need in most easiest way. You can use from its templates so you can reduce the time instead of creating new ones.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks support and the site can be cumbersome. I’ve submitted support tickets long time ago and I’ve never receive and answer back.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using it to gether both candidate and staff information. We collect feedback from both staff and members. And this is great tool for event and program registration.
