What are the best aspects of this product?

It's so user-friendly, anyone can make a form that does a variety of things in minutes -- without a lot of coding! They link in with SO many third-party companies, like Google Sheets and Google Drive, and can even accept payments!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The customizations are a little clunky and not as slick as the overall form builder itself. You're mostly limited to colors and round corners.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

They restrict views and submissions -- and the sliding numbers for views and submissions don't seem to slide very widely amongst the pay scales. I feel like the value could be increased.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to track sales easily and effectively, allowing several people access to the data they need.
