What are the best aspects of this product?

The drag and drop feature is easy to use, the UI is clear and intuitive and it has everything you need. It offers drop down lists, check boxes and other tools. I’ve used other form builder solution but in my experience this one is simple to use. Also, I like that I can download submissions, we can download it into Excel, CSV or PDF. JotForm is reliable platform especially the third party platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be complicated to find account information like number of submissions and the way to get more space for forms. Also, it has limitations when it comes to downloading, only 20 downloads of PDF submissions at a time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have to create photography order form with calculations and this can be hard to create, but thankfully here comes Jotform with all its ability to help me create the one I need.
