This is great solution even for small businesses

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like its advanced design interface for customizing forms. It is intuitive and user friendly solution. There are great integration options like embed, pop-up form, lightbox, link and others which are customizable as well. Also, for the first 5 forms you can use HetForm for free.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The could make the initial building portion of the interface simple. Also, the process of integrating productrs and payment is not as intuitive as it shlould be. Also, I don’t like its logo on every form but I believe this is because of the free version as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With JetForm we can create versatile and dynamic forms for my clients and they can easily embed into their SquareSpace and GoDaddy websites.I can see that my clients like when all their form information is in ove place and they can export it and combine with other lists. It is highly useful solution for small businesses to take payments for services.
