With this tool you can create professional looking forms

What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m using JotForm on a daily basis. I can easily build professional looking forms and collect data. Also, you can build forms and add layer of security to avoid spam when sharing links to the forms. I’m able to configure forms so all the notific ations are sent to me. It has great extensions by third part developers. The price is affordable and I like that it offers discounts constantly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion, configuring email notifications when the forms are submitted can be cumbersome because email notifications are not allways sent to the accounts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like that I can upload various suplemental files to forms and to collect member data. With this platform we are able to streamline our board elections process, awards nominations and member requests. Our members are able to upload files to forms electronically.
