JROX Affiliate Manager Review

JROX Affiliate Manager has an Admin Interface where users can manage their entire affiliate program. This main feature provides an overview of real-time sales, online traffic statistics, payment and commission details, new signups, and other important information needed to effectively manage an affiliate program.

In order to learn more about their agents, JROX Affiliate Manager has a Members menu. This displays a list of all the affiliates who joined a program plus important information about each of them. Users can create, delete, and edit affiliate accounts in this section.

JROX Affiliate Manager’s Commissions menu presents real-time sales and the corresponding commissions due for every member. This functionality also has a sub-menu for action commissions, where users can create one-off, single level commissions for activities such as forum or newsletter signups. A third sub-feature is the scaled commissions menu which helps merchants assign different commissions for different sale amounts. Lastly, there is an option to setup per product commissions for specific items.

To manage payables more effectively, JROX Affiliate Manager has Affiliate Payments functionalities that seamlessly integrate with technologies such as PayPal, Bitcoin, Dwolla, Payza, and Skrill-Moneybookers. Business heads can review payments for approval, check payments history, install affiliate payment modules, and print out payment invoices and checks using this section.

JROX Affiliate Manager can generate specialized statistics and historical graphs that provide more accurate and usable performance overviews. This functionality can display affiliate click through traffic, monthly affiliate click stats, monthly commission stats, monthly sales stats, top affiliates by click, top affiliates by commission per month, top affiliates by sales per month, user registrations, and more.

A Content section allows business owners to create and publish  articles to update affiliates on new offerings, new product features, strategies, and other pertinent materials to make affiliate programs more effective. This portion also has settings for FAQ managing and an option to manage downloadable materials such as training e-books.

JROX Affiliate Manager has Marketing tools to help affiliates promote offerings. A database can be accessed for all email blast materials, online advertisements, event announcements, PDF files and videos. An ad tracker displays statistics of released promotional materials. There is also a tool for managing rewards programs.

The software has email functions to send mass announcements to affiliates. A dedicated section shows email queues, archived messages, and template options. This feature can also integrate with third party mailing lists.
