What are the best aspects of this product?

It looks just like idevaffiliate dashboard. I'm pretty sure it's the same software

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customer service is horrible, basically seems they have moved to other projects and no longer intetrested in this

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Not going to use it, we spent 25k to custom develop. We asked j rox to develop for us but they had no interest.
